For nearly a decade now, alongside my regular job, I have been thinking about—and trying to find ways of—putting some of my experience and capabilities to use for the broader professional community.

Despite my professional commitments and the relative success that comes with them, I try to make some contribution throughout the year on a Complimentary basis.

At the same time, I have also continued to learn from others and receive whatever I can from the professional community.

To me, this is not a one-way service. It is a Mutual Professional Exchange.

People have different kinds of hobbies.

Let’s say, this is my kind of hobby.

WHAT I AM WILLING AND ABLE TO OFFER:

1. Individual Career Support

For job seekers and career professionals, through online one-to-one sessions:

• Resume review and development scope
• Employability / competency assessment
• Mock interview and feedback
• Career diagnosis and bottleneck identification
• Career planning and counselling

No cost.

However, finding someone a job or preparing a Resume for them is beyond my capacity.

2. Organization / Academy / HR Support

For serious learners from academies or professional communities:

• Real corporate and HR orientation
• Practical insight into the competencies actually expected in the corporate world
• Real-life experience from an HR career

For organizations, I can also offer:

• Candidate interview and competency assessment
• Additional headhunting support
• Advisory on HR / hiring systems

Conditionally, NO COST.

3. Learning Collaboration

I am open to working with Online / Offline Learning Platforms where structured learning content or Live Classes are offered.

I am also interested in medium-term batch/group-based learning initiatives around HR and HR-related professional skills, delivered Online, Offline or in a Mixed mode.
