My expertise spans HR, administration, compliance, sustainability, and plant operations, with a proven track record of achieving measurable results in both corporate and manufacturing environments.

Currently serving as General Manager & Group HR Lead at S.F., I lead a team of 40, driving HR initiatives for 5,000 employees across multiple business units. I have been instrumental in spearheading transformative changes, such as onboarding eight new global brands, achieving a 14% increase in business efficiency, and reducing workforce attrition to an industry-leading ±2%. Through strategic workforce planning, I have restructured teams, enhanced productivity, and saved millions in operational costs annually.

Successfully recruiting 10,000+ management professionals and conducting at least 1,000 +- competency-based evaluations personally.
Leading the implementation of two ERP systems, optimizing payroll and HR processes, and saving Tk 1.5 million annually.
