I am a future-focused HR leader with over 18 years of strategic and operational experience in Human Resources, Administration, Compliance, Sustainability, and Plant Operations. My journey has been shaped by meaningful contributions in just four organizations—each chapter reinforcing my commitment to stability, transformation, and value creation.

Currently, I serve as General Manager & Group HR Lead at S.F., where I lead a team of 40 professionals across HR, Administration, and Compliance. Together, we support 5,000+ employees spanning multiple Strategic Business Units. Under my HR partnership, we’ve on-boarded eight international brands, improved business efficiency by 14%, and reduced workforce attrition to an industry-leading ±2%.
